Directions:

For fine hair shampoo the hair twice with GKMBJ’s Nourishing Shampoo. Towel dry the hair well and apply the Intensive Nourishing Treatment for 10 minutes using a natural heat source (eg. Glad wrap), then rinse the hair and style.

For coarse hair, shampoo the hair twice with GKMBJ’s Nourishing Shampoo. Towel dry the hair well and apply the Intensive Nourishing Treatment for 20 minutes using a natural heat source, then rinse the hair and style.
